BeMediq, Inc. (“BeMediq,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share Consumer Health Data (as defined under Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar state laws).This policy applies to consumer health data we collect directly, separate from any protected health information (PHI) governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) or by our affiliated healthcare providers (such as Beluga Health, P.A.). 1. What is Consumer Health Data?
Consumer health data refers to information that identifies or is reasonably linkable to you and reveals something about your past, present, or future physical or mental health, such as:
Health-related self-reported data (e.g., responses to wellness quizzes or symptom questionnaires).
Wellness and lifestyle information (e.g., sleep, exercise, or dietary preferences shared through our platform).
Usage data related to your health interests, such as pages viewed for weight management, women’s health, or metabolism support.
Health-related inferences we may draw to personalize your experience (e.g., suggesting wellness content or treatment options).
2. What Consumer Health Data We Collect
Depending on how you interact with BeMediq, we may collect:
Identifiers – Name, email address, phone number, IP address.
Wellness & Lifestyle Information – Answers from quizzes, symptom checkers, or wellness assessments.
Health-Related Engagement Data – Which services or products you view or show interest in.
Transaction & Fulfillment Data – Non-PHI related purchase history, shipping information, and subscription preferences.
Device & Usage Data – Browser type, operating system, and general location (city/state level) to improve service performance and show state-specific offerings.We do
not knowingly collect or use precise geolocation unless you explicitly opt-in.
3. How We Use Consumer Health Data
We use your consumer health data to:Provide and improve our wellness and telehealth platform.Personalize recommendations, including suggested treatments, wellness tips, and product offers.
Communicate with you about services, promotions, and updates.Conduct analytics and research to enhance user experience.Comply with state and federal laws and protect against fraud or misuse.
We will
not use or share consumer health data for purposes unrelated to your care or requested services without your explicit consent.
4. How We Share Consumer Health Data

We do not “sell” your consumer health data as defined under the CCPA or MHMD.

Correction – Request corrections to inaccurate consumer health data.
Deletion – Request that we delete consumer health data we maintain about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Opt-Out – Request that we stop sharing consumer health data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Appeal – If we deny your request, you have the right to appeal that decision.

8. Data Retention
We retain consumer health data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or de-identified.
9. Children’s Privacy
BeMediq does not knowingly collect consumer health data from individuals under 18. If we become aware we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to comply with new laws or business practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
