Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at BeMediq. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

All prescriptions are reviewed by a licensed practitioner before fulfillment. Reviews are typically completed within a few hours during business days, but may take up to 12 hours on weekdays and up to 48 hours if submitted over the weekend.

Once a prescription is approved, the medication is prepared by our partner pharmacy.
Fulfillment time refers to the business day required for the pharmacy to compound and prepare your medication.

Shipping Time
After fulfillment, shipments are sent out promptly - typically within one business day. Most orders are shipped using overnight or 2-day shipping, as specified on individual product pages.

Important Notes
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there are carrier delays, shipping may take longer.
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the pharmacy. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Damages
BeMediq is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return Policy
At BeMediq, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to federal and state regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription products. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, prevent tampering, and comply with applicable laws.
All sales of prescription medications are final.
We do not restock or resell returned medications, even if unused or unopened.

However, if you believe there has been an error in the dispensing of your prescription or you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bemediq.com.
We will work quickly to investigate the issue and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or credit.
