Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at BeMediq.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
- Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (the processing and shipping time may be affected if one of the ordered items is in very high demand or if any holidays are going on)
- We use 2-day shipping for most domestic orders
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow for additional transit days in case of unforeseen carrier delays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
BeMediq is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
BeMediq is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return Policy
At BeMediq, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to federal and state regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription products. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, prevent tampering, and comply with applicable laws.
All sales of prescription medications are final.
We do not restock or resell returned medications, even if unused or unopened.

However, if you believe there has been an error in the dispensing of your prescription or you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bemediq.com.
We will work quickly to investigate the issue and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or credit.
